JeetB Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Player Obligations

01 Introduction

Welcome to JeetB. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JeetB website at jeetb.click and all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, and promotional materials operated by JeetB Entertainment Ltd. ("JeetB", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the JeetB platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JeetB platform.

These Terms should be read together with the JeetB Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility

To register and use JeetB, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeetB is an adult gaming platform and access by minors is strictly prohibited. We verify age during the registration process and may request additional documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling block on the JeetB platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on JeetB.

JeetB reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active JeetB account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a serious breach of these Terms. JeetB uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on JeetB, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. JeetB is not responsible for any loss caused by inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JeetB login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact JeetB support immediately at support@jeetb.click. JeetB is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

JeetB is required to verify the identity of all players. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport). Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may require enhanced verification. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JeetB currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on JeetB is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your JeetB wallet instantly in most cases. JeetB does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your responsibility. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — JeetB does not accept third-party deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount on JeetB is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. JeetB does not charge fees on standard withdrawals to Pakistani mobile wallets.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

JeetB reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. You will be notified of any such delay within 48 hours. Funds derived from fraudulent activity will not be paid out under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

JeetB offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms that accompany them, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all JeetB promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to verified JeetB account holders who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, where applicable, are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• JeetB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering designed to minimise risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
• Bonus rewards earned through the JeetB Refer a Friend programme are governed by the specific programme terms published on the Refer a Friend page.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on JeetB. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, live casino games, slots, and virtual sports are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when JeetB displays a confirmed bet reference number. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. JeetB does not guarantee that a specific market will remain open or that particular odds will be available at any given time.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are published on each market and game. JeetB reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion, including where a pattern of betting gives rise to concerns about integrity or account security.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

JeetB reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — for example, where a typographical or technical error resulted in odds that were significantly different from the true market price. Where possible, JeetB will notify affected players promptly. In all cases, stakes will be returned to the player's JeetB wallet.

6.4 Live Betting

Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets, with the additional condition that JeetB may suspend a market at any time during a live event without notice. Bets already accepted before a suspension are honoured unless there has been a manifest error. JeetB is not responsible for network delays that may affect the timing of live bet acceptance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JeetB platform and will result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information to JeetB
• Operating multiple JeetB accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the JeetB platform in a way not intended for human users
• Attempting to exploit mathematical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in JeetB games or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using inside information to obtain an unfair advantage on JeetB sports betting markets
• Colluding with other players on JeetB — particularly in live casino games — to gain an advantage over the platform or other players
• Any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or use of the JeetB platform for financial transactions that obscure the origin of funds
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening JeetB staff or other players through any channel, including live chat and customer support
• Attempting to access the JeetB platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions that apply to your account

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the JeetB platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, icons, images, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of JeetB Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or use any JeetB content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of JeetB. You may not use the JeetB name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written permission.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others on the JeetB platform is subject to the respective intellectual property rights of those providers.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

JeetB collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the JeetB Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Your personal data is used by JeetB primarily to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, comply with responsible gaming obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. JeetB does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

JeetB uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication is available to all JeetB account holders and is strongly recommended. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by JeetB, subject to legal obligations that may require us to retain certain records.

10 Responsible Gaming

JeetB is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. The JeetB platform includes the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your JeetB account from your account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play on JeetB.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks, or a permanent self-exclusion, through JeetB customer support at any time.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position during the session.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

JeetB reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Receipt of a valid legal demand or regulatory instruction requiring account closure
• Reasonable belief that continued use of the account poses a risk to JeetB, other players, or the integrity of the platform

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds derived from the breach — including bonuses, winnings from fraudulent play, or proceeds of money laundering — will be forfeited. Funds legitimately deposited by the player that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their original payment method within a reasonable time period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JeetB support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance not subject to active wagering requirements will be withdrawn to your nominated PKR payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeetB's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your JeetB account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JeetB is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special losses, even where JeetB was aware of the possibility of such losses
• Losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond JeetB's reasonable control
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game providers, or other service partners
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your JeetB account credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JeetB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a JeetB player — we will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Notice will be provided via email to the address registered on your JeetB account and/or a prominent notice on the JeetB website.

If you continue to use the JeetB platform after amended Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your account in accordance with the closure process described in Section 11 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the JeetB platform, are governed by the laws applicable to JeetB Entertainment Ltd.'s jurisdiction of incorporation. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally through JeetB customer support, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.

JeetB's complaints procedure does not affect your right to pursue other remedies available to you under applicable law. Where permitted, disputes arising from the use of JeetB shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in a court of general jurisdiction.
